I provide individual counseling and limited couples therapy through secure Telehealth, offering flexible and accessible support from the comfort of your own space.

My clinical experience spans a range of areas, including trauma, perinatal mental health, terminal illness, alternative relationship dynamics, and supporting first responders. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to each of these areas,  that is adapted to meet each client’s unique needs.

Billing

I accept a variety of insurances to include:

Private Pay Rates:

• $120 Per Hour, sliding scale available on case by case basis
